Returns/Replacements Policy

All sales are final. All our bookish goods are made to order, especially for you, so all purchases are non-refundable/no returns are accepted.

Replacements are possible for damaged or defective items. If an item is received with a defect or damage, please contact hello@valorandlore.com with at least three high res photos of the defect/damage WITHIN 30 DAYS of your order, so we can coordinate a replacement to be sent! Beyond 30 days, we are not able to offer replacements.

Digital Products: All Sales are final/no returns are accepted.

Cancellations

As all items are made to order for you, and produced quickly by our printing partner, we do not allow for cancellations in most cases. Please make sure you are 100% excited about your item and sizing before you order.

Lost packages

If this unfortunate event happens and items are lost during a shipment we will coordinate a replacement with you, however, we are unable to refund or replace items lost after a delivery is confirmed or attempted. We are not responsible for stolen items. If you have put in an incorrect address and the package is not able to be delivered, you are responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.

While tracking info is provided for each and every order, sometimes the shipping provider (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) misses a scan along their transit route. We most often see this happen on international orders when the item goes through customs and switches to local carriers. Please remember to check the estimated shipping times provided in the Shop FAQs, and keep this in mind before contacting us about a lost package, as it’s most likely safe and sound, and still on its way to you. :)
